What Recurna Flow is

Recurna Flow is a personal cash flow forecasting tool. It helps you plan ahead by projecting your balances based on the transactions you enter. It is a planning aid — not a financial advisor, accountant, or bank.

Financial disclaimer

Recurna Flow does not provide financial advice. All forecasts, projections, and calculations are estimates based on the data you enter. They are not guarantees of future balances or financial outcomes.

No fiduciary relationship is created by your use of this service. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. If you need financial advice, consult a qualified professional.

Projections are estimates

Forecast calculations are based on the recurring transactions and account data you provide. Actual balances may differ due to transactions you haven't entered, timing differences, bank fees, or other factors outside the app's control. Recurna Flow is not liable for differences between projected and actual balances.

Free and Pro tiers

Recurna Flow is available on two plans:

Feature limits may change over time. Changes to limits will be communicated in advance through the app.

Billing and payment

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. All prices are listed in the app at the time of purchase and are subject to change with advance notice.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full Pro access until then. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier. Your data is not deleted upon cancellation.

Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within 14 days of the billing date — contact us at [email protected] to request one. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person per account — shared or automated access is not permitted.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• • Use the service for any illegal purpose
• • Attempt to access other users' data
• • Interfere with the service's operation or infrastructure
• • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service
• • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service

Service availability

Recurna Flow is currently in beta. We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but provide no SLA.

Account termination

You may stop using Recurna Flow at any time. You can delete all your financial data from the account page.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for abusive purposes. If we terminate your account, we will notify you by email and provide a reasonable window to export your data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recurna Flow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses based on forecast projections.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
