Personal cash-flow forecasting, Canadian-built.
Plan with what-ifs, not regret.
Forecast your real balance week by week — then test any change in a sandbox before committing.
Built in Canada. Manual-first. Your data stays yours.
The problem with most budgeting apps
You can be on budget for the month and still overdraft on a Tuesday.
Rear-view only.
Most apps tell you what you spent last month. By the time you see the problem, it has already happened.
Monthly blindness.
A monthly budget hides cash-flow timing. Three bills can land the same week and you wouldn't know until your card declines.
Maintenance tax.
Daily envelopes, brittle spreadsheets, and surveillance-grade bank syncs all demand more attention than your money does. Real life is weekly. Your money tool should be too.
What if you could plan with what-ifs?
See your year. Test the future before you live it.
Recurna Flow forecasts your balance week by week, as far ahead as your recurring transactions carry. When a big decision shows up — a trip, a renewal, a job change — you test it in a sandbox first and watch the next 52 weeks redraw in real time. Keep the version you like. Discard the rest. Your real data stays untouched.

Forecast. Simulate. Calm.
Test the future, safely.
Drop a new bill, a raise, or a one-time purchase into a sandbox. Watch the next 52 weeks redraw without ever touching your real data. Name your scenario, compare it side-by-side, save the one you trust. Available on Pro.
Cash flow the way life happens.
Real life runs week to week, not month to month. Anchor each recurring income and bill once, and Recurna projects every week's balance forward automatically. No envelopes. No zero-sum ritual.
As far ahead as your money goes.
Most apps stop at month-end. Recurna projects 52 weeks by default and as far as your recurring data carries — on Pro — your year, your decade, your retirement. The dashboard answers one question in five seconds: am I OK?
Three steps. Under ten minutes.
From sign-up to seeing your year.
Add your accounts.
Drop in checking, savings, credit. Enter your current balance. Set a minimum balance floor if you want one. One screen, no bank sign-in, no Plaid.
Anchor your recurring money.
Salary, rent, the gym, the streaming bundle. Enter each pattern once and Recurna projects it forward. Most people are done in under ten minutes.
See your year. Then test the future.
Open the forecast. Watch 52 weeks of projected balance render in real time. On Pro, click Simulate to test any change against the real forecast — and decide before you commit.
Your $8 forecast. Their $20 budget.
YNAB is $20. Monarch is $20. Recurna is $8 CAD — and actually tells you what's coming.

Common questions.
$8 a month is more than I want to spend on a budgeting app. Why pay?
The free tier gives you a 12-week forecast forever — that alone is more foresight than most budgeting apps offer. $8 CAD unlocks the unlimited horizon and the simulation sandbox, both of which Copilot, Monarch, and YNAB don't sell at any price. The annual plan works out to $6/mo.
Is my financial data safe? Do you store my bank credentials?
No bank credentials, no Plaid, no third-party sync at launch. Recurna Flow is manual-first by design: you enter your accounts and recurring patterns once, and your transaction data never reaches a US aggregator. Login is handled by Clerk — an enterprise-grade auth provider used by companies like Linear and Vercel. Your data is yours, and CSV export is included on Pro so it stays that way.
Can I cancel or downgrade any time?
Yes. Monthly cancels at the end of the current month. Annual cancels at the end of the current year — annual plans don't include prorated refunds for unused months, and we don't charge a cancellation fee. We're transparent about that up front. Downgrade to free and your data stays put; only the forecast horizon, account count, and Pro features change.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free gives you one account, one budget, and a 12-week forecast — forever. Pro adds multi-account, multi-budget, the unlimited forecast horizon, the what-if sandbox, projection comparisons, CSV exports, and direct founder support. The free tier is the trial; there is no time-bombed countdown.
Why no bank sync?
At launch, manual entry is the design — not a missing feature. Your bank credentials never leave you, your transaction data never reaches a US aggregator, and the recurring-transaction engine means you only enter each pattern once. Most users reconcile in under ten minutes a week. Optional bank sync is a Pro roadmap item.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Recurna Flow is a web-first app built as a PWA — open flow.recurna.app in your phone's browser and add it to your home screen for a near-native feel. Forecast, simulation, and reconciliation all work on a phone. Native iOS and Android apps are on the roadmap.
How does this compare to YNAB or Monarch?
YNAB asks you to assign every dollar a job before you spend it; we show you what your dollars are already going to do and let you test changes in a sandbox before any of them happen. Monarch and Copilot show the past in beautiful detail; we show you the next 52 weeks (or further on Pro). Recurna is $8 CAD/mo; YNAB and Monarch are both around $20 CAD/mo at today's exchange rate.
